All registration forms, along with payment, must be received by the league
no later than Saturday, February 28th!

A $10 late fee will apply after this date.

Any registration form not turned in by Feb. 19 must be received by Rich
Warner, Secretary of the HHASA
for consideration. His phone number is
317-984-8143 and his e-mail address is listed on the Board Members link
on this web site.
Placement of all late registrations will be determined by
the HHASA Board, not by parents, coaches or players!

As players move from one age group to the next, they will be put in the
draft, and no team assignments will be formal until after the draft. Any
disputes will be directed to the specific league Commissioner. The
Commissioner will then bring it to the attention of the appropriate HHASA
Board Member(s) for a final decision.

The registration fee is $95.00 per child for children ($75.00 for Pee Wee and

in.  There is a $210 maximum payout for families with more than 2 children
in the program. This does not include any children in the travel programs.

The fund raiser is the same that we have done the last two years. At
sign-ups, you will pay for a packet of raffel tickets for each child in the
program (Max 2 packets) When you sell the tickets, you keep the money. If
you choose not to sell the tickets, you may fill the tickets out with your
name, and enter them into the drawing for a chance at one of the prizes.
